Job Responsibilities: Running the day-to-day Accountable for the profit and loss of the company and the development and execution of the business plan Leads, manages, and holds the leadership team accountable for achieving agreed-upon commitments Removes obstacles so that people can effectively execute their responsibilities Ensures organizational clarity by maintaining open communication across the organization Makes decisions and assists in issue resolution; serves as the tie-breaker within the leadership team Maintains organizational priorities guided by the Visionary and ensures that everyone is aligned on those priorities and working in a manner consistent with our core values Harmoniously integrates the functions of the business, blending friction into greater energy for the company as a whole Filter the ideas of the Visionary to eliminate barriers, hurdles, and stumbling blocks for the leadership team Essential Qualifications: Strong written and verbal communication skills Significant problem solving and conflict management skills Strategic thinking skills Bachelor’s degree Leadership experience Business plan and/or budget development and maintenance Microsoft computer application competence Preferred Qualifications: Experience with the sport of Soccer Willing to relocate Coaching experience Previous Integrator / EOS experience Familiarity with Mac products and operating systems Core Values: Joyful Experience Humble Leadership Gritty Excellence Honorable Impact
