Crosswinds Church is seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to lead our youth ministry teams. This position includes overseeing the spiritual growth and development of middle school and high school students. This role encompasses discipleship, outreach, and building connections with unchurched students and their families.

Responsibilities: Discipleship and Spiritual Formation: - Develop and implement engaging and relevant youth programs - Teach biblical principles, foster spiritual growth, and guide students in deepening their faith - Plan and lead youth services, retreats, and other events to develop spiritual growth. 2. Outreach and Evangelism: - Develop strategies to reach students and their families - Coordinate outreach initiatives such as community service projects, outreach events, and mission trips. Leadership and Team Development: - Recruit, train, and empower volunteers - Provide care and support to the youth ministry team - Develop leadership development programs for students Collaboration and Integration: - Collaborate with other church staff and ministries - Participate in staff meetings, actively contributing to the planning and execution of church-wide events and initiatives.
