Job Title: Women's Philanthropy Director Reports To: Chief Development Officer Job Type: Full-Time, Salaried Pay: $55,000 - $70,000 per year About the Role: We're looking for a passionate, community-minded professional to lead Women's Philanthropy at the Jewish Federation of Greater New Haven. This is a relationship-based role where you'll connect with women in our local Jewish community, plan meaningful programs and events, and help inspire support for causes that matter. Principal Responsibilities: Build strong relationships with donors, volunteers, and community members Plan events and programs that connect and inspire Work closely with lay leaders and volunteers on fundraising efforts Ask for donations in person, by phone, and at events Support long-term giving and legacy efforts Work some evenings and weekends for events and programs Why Work With Us?
