At The Residence at Gramercy Senior Living, we offer fulfilling roles in assisted living and memory care, where staff can make a meaningful impact while working in a respectful and enriching setting.
- Competitive Pay: $70,000 - $85,000/year + Credit for experience
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm | On Call Required | Occasional weekends, evenings and holidays as needed

- Oversee all health and wellness services for residents
- Ensure compliance with Assisted Living License regulations
- Supervise nursing and direct care staff, including hiring, training, and evaluations
- Perform resident assessments, care planning, and medication oversight
- Coordinate with physicians, families, and case workers regarding care plans and changes
- Be available for emergencies and staff support via phone/on-call
- Maintain and update resident records, policies, procedures, and training manuals
- Active RN license in the State of Nebraska
- At least 2 years of relevant experience required
- Leadership and supervisory experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Sensitivity and strong communication skills for working with residents and families
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends and evenings
- Valid driver’s license
