What We're Looking For Current RN or LPN license in the state of Utah Graduate of an accredited nursing program At least 2 years of leadership experience in assisted living or long-term care CPR and First Aid certification Strong knowledge of nursing best practices and regulatory compliance Excellent communication and leadership abilities A genuine passion for serving seniors Your Role Direct and coordinate all wellness and clinical care services Oversee resident assessments and develop individualized care plans Manage the medication administration program and ensure staff competency Provide training and ongoing education for care staff Collaborate with healthcare providers and specialists to support resident health Maintain open communication with residents, families, and team members Participate in care conferences, quality reviews, and compliance audits This position follows a Monday-Friday schedule with on-call availability to support resident needs.
