Wellness Director (RN) – Assisted Living / Memory Care Location: Greater Cincinnati Area, Ohio Type: Full-Time, On-Site Compensation: $80,000 – $105,000 annually (depending on experience and community size) + performance bonus About the Opportunity We are representing a respected assisted living and memory care provider seeking an experienced Wellness Director (RN) to oversee clinical operations and ensure excellence in resident care. This is a leadership role for a compassionate, organized professional who thrives in a team-driven, mission-centered environment. Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage nursing and caregiving staff (LPNs, QMAs, and Resident Assistants). Assess residents and develop individualized care plans. Oversee medication management, treatments, and infection control. Coordinate with physicians, hospitals, and families regarding resident care. Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies. Collaborate with the Executive Director on staffing, budgeting, and quality initiatives.

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio. Minimum 2 years of nursing leadership experience in assisted living, skilled nursing, or long-term care. Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and documentation standards. Excellent communication, leadership, and crisis management skills.
