About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Revenue Operations to play a pivotal role in the alignment and optimization of its revenue-generating functions. This key leadership position is focused on driving efficiency, transparency, and growth by leveraging data and analytics to influence and improve strategy, systems, and processes across the entire customer lifecycle. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic leadership, partnering with senior executives to set and execute revenue strategy, and developing scalable processes that align sales, marketing, customer success, and account management teams. Operational excellence is a core aspect of the role, including the design and management of end-to-end revenue operations processes, CRM and toolset optimization, and ensuring data hygiene and user adoption.
Applicants for the VP of Revenue Operations role at the company should have a minimum of 12 years' experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or business operations, with at least 7 years in a leadership capacity. A strong background in telecom or subscription-based business models, as well as a proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives to accelerate revenue growth, is essential. The role requires advanced proficiency in Salesforce, data visualization tools, and RevOps platforms, with a deep understanding of pipeline management, territory planning, compensation modeling, and quota setting. Experience in the telecom, broadband, or managed services industries is preferred, along with exposure to both B2C and B2B go-to-market models. An MBA or advanced degree in a related field is also a preferred qualification.
