About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Global Supply Chain and Logistics to lead and optimize the end-to-end supply chain operations within the EMS business. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the global supply chain strategy, leading transformation initiatives, and collaborating with executive leadership on risk management, capacity planning, and sustainability. Key tasks include overseeing global procurement activities, demand forecasting, inventory management, and ensuring seamless coordination between supply chain, production, and logistics teams across multiple global sites. The role also involves team leadership, financial management, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Applicants for the VP of Global Supply Chain and Logistics role at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with an MBA preferred, and at least 10 years of experience in supply chain leadership within EMS or high-tech manufacturing industries. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in global sourcing, logistics, demand planning, and supplier management, as well as strong expertise in ERP and supply chain planning software.
