The Company is seeking a VP, CD-Art with a passion for trends in social, fashion, beauty, home decor, and design. The successful candidate will be a visionary, capable of creating standout campaigns that not only supercharge brands but also have the potential to change the cultural landscape. This role demands a style-savvy creative who is adept at leveraging cultural trends and IRL experiences to deliver fresh, innovative, and relevant creative solutions across all platforms. The VP, CD-Art will be responsible for developing and delivering creative concepts, working with a cohesive team to bring the creative process to life, and ensuring that the work is consistent with the client's brand personality and differentiates them from the competition.
Applicants should have 8-12 years of creative agency experience, a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and a professional-level mastery of industry-standard design software. The role requires a candidate with a strong online portfolio that showcases a mix of traditional, digital, and social creative work, as well as a proven track record of generating big ideas and executing them with exceptional craft. The ideal candidate will have a love for social media, be socially fluent, and have a natural flair for the unique and culturally relevant. Strong presentation skills, the ability to think strategically, and a collaborative approach to work are essential. Experience in on-site production and art direction for various platforms is also a plus.
