Collaborate closely with the Hospital Director to direct Emergency and Specialty services. Lead and manage Medical Services, including recruitment, development, and performance management of veterinary doctors. Work alongside the finance team to prepare and manage the hospital and capital budgets. Drive client satisfaction and experience while interacting with regulatory boards as necessary. Requirements DVM qualification with experience in Emergency or Specialty veterinary services. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the veterinary industry.
