What you'll do Senior Director, Product Management – Optical Vision Center (Digital) Walmart Global Tech & Health & Wellness is seeking a Senior Director to define and execute the digital strategy for the Optical Vision Center, collaborating across teams to drive growth and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Develop and communicate the digital product vision and multi-year roadmap. Lead a team of product managers to deliver innovative features and solutions. Design digital tools that empower Optical Center staff and improve customer experience. Partner with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and alignment. Utilize data and research to ensure solutions meet customer and regulatory standards. Qualifications 12+ years in product management, with 5+ years in senior leadership. Experience managing digital healthcare, retail, or omni-channel products at scale. Knowledge of the vision care/optical industry or health tech preferred. Strong leadership in agile environments and excellent stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills Experience with EHR/EMR, HIPAA compliance, AI, and personalization technologies. Walmart offers competitive pay, bonuses, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive work environment. The annual salary range is $160,000 - $320,000, with additional performance-based incentives. Minimum Qualifications Outlined below are the minimum qualifications: Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field and 13 years of product management experience. Option 2: 15 years of experience in product management or related area. Preferred Qualifications Optional qualifications include a Master’s degree in relevant fields and 12+ years of experience, with a preference for candidates experienced in large-scale consumer-facing products and digital accessibility standards.
