Strategic Support & Mentorship:  Act as the main real estate point of contact for supply chain assets, providing guidance and mentorship across departments. Design & Construction Leadership:  Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, architects, and developers; influence site layouts and cost efficiency; manage project timelines, budgets, and issue resolution; apply corporate design criteria throughout development. Deal Negotiation & Due Diligence:  Lead complex negotiations with contractors, developers, and internal teams; oversee project approvals, closings, and risk reporting; develop site plans and cost estimates aligned with company goals. Portfolio & Project Management:  Manage a multibillion-dollar portfolio; oversee consultants and project risk; ensure compliance with regulations (e.g., Sarbanes-Oxley); drive project milestones and completion. Market Strategy & Site Selection:  Conduct market analysis in complex regions; identify and evaluate site options; forecast ROI and influence site planning decisions. Project Approval & Presentation:  Prepare and present project recommendations to the Real Estate Executive Committee (REC). Five-Year Planning:  Develop and execute strategic plans for assigned regions; align with Operations and Finance to deliver on budget and schedule. Closing Process Management:  Prepare closing materials and presentations; secure legal and business approvals. Leadership & Culture:  Drive business strategy and operational improvements; build and develop high-performing teams; promote integrity, ethics, and continuous learning; lead community outreach and stakeholder engagement. What You’ll Bring… Proven experience leading large-scale real estate projects, preferably in supply chain or logistics environments. Strong background in design, construction, and project management, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Expertise in deal negotiation, due diligence, and risk management. Ability to manage complex portfolios and ensure regulatory compliance. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and market evaluation skills. Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
