The Opportunity As US Tax Director, you will assume a senior leadership role with responsibility for managing client relationships, delivering complex US tax compliance and advisory services, and mentoring the next generation of tax professionals.

Working with an impressive client base, from Fortune companies to high-growth businesses, you will advise on US corporate tax, international structuring, and regulatory developments, with significant exposure to multi-jurisdictional engagements.

Key Responsibilities Lead and deliver US tax advisory and compliance projects for multinational clients across the US. Provide expert technical guidance on US corporate tax, international structuring, and cross-border planning. Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders. Review, supervise, and mentor junior team members, fostering technical excellence and professional growth. Monitor and interpret US tax developments, advising clients on their potential impact. Lead business development activities, including client proposals, thought leadership, and market initiatives.

About You US CPA (or equivalent professional tax qualification). At least 10 years' experience in US corporate tax, ideally gained within a Big 4, global advisory, or multinational environment. Strong technical expertise in US corporate tax, with exposure to international tax highly desirable. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
