Position Summary We are seeking a Director of Digital Media to oversee strategic media planning, buying, partnerships, negotiations, execution, reporting, and optimization of Paid Media Campaigns. The role involves ensuring effective investment, meeting ROAS goals, and pioneering innovative media programs. The candidate must stay on the cutting edge of emerging media channels.
What you'll do Develop integrated media and marketing strategies with impactful, innovative plans.
Drive media buying strategies across all paid channels including TV, radio, print, out-of-home, digital, social, and mobile.
Use insights and modeling to determine optimal channel mix.
Implement data tactics for personalized messaging based on audience insights.
Manage media agency teams to achieve business objectives and market impact.
Oversee US media budgets, including operational, fiscal, and ROI evaluations.
Collaborate with creative, social, data, and analytics teams.
Coordinate with stakeholders to share best practices and strategic guidelines.
Innovate marketing approaches with test-and-learn plans and ROI analysis.
Build relationships with media publishers and tech companies for first-mover access and innovative programs.
What you'll bring 10+ years of leadership in media and marketing communications, with agency experience required and client experience a plus.
Deep understanding of media platforms and technology partners.
Knowledge of performance digital marketing and full funnel execution.
Strong negotiation and leadership skills with the gravitas to lead discussions with media leaders.
Excellent communication, presentation, and results-driven mindset.

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field and 6+ years of experience in marketing or related field, OR 8+ years of experience. Additionally, 3 years of supervisory experience are required.
Preferred Qualifications Experience in digital marketing, affiliate marketing, display advertising, and leading cross-functional teams are preferred.
