Job Family Group: Commercial Sales & Service
Facilitates decisioning and analysis of all types of credit information to support lending decisions and processes for the bank. Maintains and promotes a client service environment to satisfy and exceed customer needs and expectations. This role will make credit decisions and recommendations in accordance with sound credit-granting principles and in compliance with Bank Policies & Procedures.
Leads and executes business development plans to achieve or exceed business goals.
Improves service levels, client satisfaction, and loyalty scores by identifying and recommending process improvements.
Provides strategic input into business decisions as a trusted advisor.
Makes recommendations to senior leaders on strategy and new initiatives based on an in-depth understanding of the business/group.
Manages resources and leads the execution of strategic initiatives to meet business and financial goals.
Develops business cases by identifying needs, analyzing options, and assessing expected ROI.
Partners with internal stakeholders to develop customer presentations, craft detailed correspondence, presentations, and proposals.
Coordinates database management, ensuring data alignment and adherence to governance standards.
Leads change management programs, including readiness assessments, planning, stakeholder management, execution, evaluation, and sustainment.
Provides direction on creating comprehensive credit structures for clients.
Collaborates with internal stakeholders to generate ideas, identify solutions, and pursue marketing efforts.
Provides accurate financial analysis and risk assessment of customers.
Partners with internal stakeholders for detailed client information.
Develops credit information for lending decisions on various loan types.
Assists in negotiations of terms and conditions via phone and email with clients.
Prepares summaries, presents facts, and offers opinions on creditworthiness.
Minimizes risk exposure by adhering to credit policies and procedures.
Provides input into operational programs.
Builds effective relationships with stakeholders.
Operates at a group/enterprise-wide level, serving as a resource to senior leaders.
Addresses complex or ambiguous situations with creative solutions.
Implements changes in response to trends.
Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
Qualifications:
Typically 7+ years of relevant experience with a post-secondary degree or equivalent.
Professional with a combination of education, experience, and industry knowledge.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Influence and collaboration skills, with a focus on cross-group work.
Ability to manage ambiguity.
Data-driven decision-making skills.
Salary: $120,000.00 - $222,600.00
Pay Type: Salaried
Salaries vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications, and may include incentives and bonuses. Part-time salaries are pro-rated. The total compensation may include performance incentives, bonuses, perks, and benefits such as health insurance, tuition reimbursement, and retirement plans.
