What You Will Do You’ll own EcoFlow’s global social media strategy and KOL marketing efforts, driving brand growth and audience connection across platforms like X, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. Your role will blend creative content planning, community building, and strategic influencer partnerships to amplify our innovative power solutions, turning engagement into tangible results—from stronger brand loyalty to increased conversions.
Responsibilities - Develop and execute end-to-end strategies for EcoFlow’s social media ecosystem, using content marketing and community management to boost brand visibility, grow followers, and drive user conversions. - Craft platform-specific content roadmaps, overseeing daily creation, posting, audience interaction, and performance analysis to refine tactics and maximize impact. - Stay ahead of platform trends (algorithms, features, cultural shifts) to adapt strategies, keeping audiences active, engaged, and loyal. - Lead KOL/KOC program development: build and manage a curated influencer database, identify partners aligned with our brand values, negotiate deals, manage contracts, review content, and track campaign ROI to ensure every collaboration delivers. - Innovate with new partnership models—think co-branded projects, live streams, or pop-up events—to expand reach. Analyze metrics (impressions, engagement, sales lift) and share insights to optimize content, channels, and influencer picks. - Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, e-commerce, product, design, and copy teams to ensure seamless, high-quality campaign execution. - Empower regional teams with actionable content strategies, tools, and resources to help them hit their local goals.
Who You Are - Bachelor’s degree or higher, with 5+ years in social media management or influencer marketing, plus 2+ years leading teams. - Fluent in English (verbal and written) with sharp negotiation skills; additional language proficiency is a bonus (international candidates encouraged). - A pro at navigating major social platforms—you know their rules, algorithms, and what makes content go viral. You’ve built accounts from scratch or created breakout campaigns that drove real results. - Deep understanding of the influencer landscape across platforms, with existing connections in 3C, smart tech, or outdoor/energy spaces (a big plus). - Creative, organized, and a natural project manager—you thrive in fast-paced environments and can turn big ideas into executed plans.
