Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT) City/State: Bakersfield, California Shift: 8H Days, Days, EOW, first to float, 08:00:00-16:00:00, mostly 8:00 am - 4:30 pm with occasional working one day a week 10-6:30 Contract Length: 13 weeks Start Date: 03/22/2026 Job Description: The Physical Therapist will be responsible for providing acute inpatient rehabilitation to a diverse patient population, including those with general medical/deconditioned conditions, TKA, THA, spinal surgeries, general orthopedic patients, and CVA. The role requires coverage in Medical/Surgical, ICU, and ER settings. Responsibilities: Treat 12 or more patients per day within the acute inpatient setting. Provide rehabilitation services in Medical/Surgical, ICU, and ER areas. Requirements: California PT license. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. Acute Inpatient PT experience is required.
