Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Director of Nursing Discipline: RN Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours Employment Type: Travel Director of Nursing (DON) – Skilled Nursing Facility Location: Newman Grove, Nebraska Schedule: Monday – Friday | Day Shift (Business Hours) Pay: Up to $70/hour (based on experience) Connected Health is seeking a committed and experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead the clinical team at one of our partner skilled nursing facilities in Newman Grove, NE . If you are a motivated nurse leader with a passion for long-term care, we’d love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all nursing operations within the facility.
Ensure high-quality, compliant patient care in accordance with state and federal regulations.
Supervise, support, and train nursing staff.
Collaborate with the administrative and interdisciplinary teams to improve resident outcomes.
Maintain accurate records and ensure timely documentation and reporting.
Requirements: Active RN license in the state of Nebraska (or compact license).
Minimum of 1 year of nursing management experience .
Prior experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care facility is required .
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to lead nursing teams and coordinate care effectively across departments.
