Job responsibilities:

Work 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts. Coordinate patient care activities with physicians and other clinical team members. Maintain infection prevention practices and safe medication administration standards. Provide patient and family education related to the plan of care and discharge needs. Perform focused reassessments and escalate concerns through appropriate clinical channels.
