LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Administrative Director for a travel nursing job in North Adams, Massachusetts. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Administrative Discipline: RN Start Date: 09/22/2025 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel 13 weeks // 5x8days Weekend Requirements: As needed/Holidays required if needed Minimum of 3 years of successful leadership experience required Experience in successful conflict resolution required Demonstrated working knowledge of the daily operations of an acute care Medical Center, including experience handling emergency/trauma and critical care situations. Working knowledge of staffing systems preferred. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Documented evidence of continuing education and continued professional growth and progress in health care and nursing. Must be an RN Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need
