Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

You will provide specialized support to self-contained and resource caseloads, helping students develop essential communication skills that impact their academic success and everyday life.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active state license appropriate for the location of assignment
  • Experience working with pediatric populations in school settings
  • Ability to serve students across a range of ages, including early childhood, grades K-5, 6-8, and 9-12

Location & Travel Information:This position is based in Carlsbad, CA, with travel assignments also available throughout Southern California, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Colorado. Assignments typically involve 30+ hours per week, five days a week, aligned with the school calendar year.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Implement evidence-based therapy services tailored to each student's needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school personnel to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school and licensing requirements
  • Promote speech and language development that supports educational goals
