This position offers an exciting travel opportunity for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) specializing in pediatrics and early childhood education. Working with students across various grade levelsfrom kindergarten through 12th gradethis role provides diverse clinical experiences within a school setting. Assignments are located in Southern California with additional travel opportunities in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Colorado.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Active State License valid for the state in which you will be practicing
* Experience working with pediatric clients in schools covering early childhood through grades 6-12
* Ability to support various educational environments including self-contained classrooms and resource rooms
* Flexibility to travel and adapt to different school cultures and caseloads
* Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with educators and families
Location and Schedule:
* Primary assignment located in Long Beach, California
* Travel assignments also available in Southern CA, NC, SC, and CO
* Full-time commitment with 30+ hours per week
* Five-day workweek aligned with the school calendar beginning with the 2026/2027 school year
Responsibilities:
* Provide speech and language therapy to students with diverse needs across K-12
* Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and track student progress
* Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support student success
* Manage caseloads in self-contained and resource settings as assigned
