A respected skilled nursing provider is seeking a dynamic and experienced Travel Director of Nursing (DON) to support multiple facilities within The Pavilion family. This full-time role is perfect for a clinical leader who thrives in new environments and enjoys solving challenges while helping facilities succeed.

What You’ll Do:

• Step into DON roles as needed across various Pavilion facilities
  

• Oversee nursing operations and ensure high standards of resident care
  

• Support survey readiness, staff development, and clinical systems
  

• Provide temporary leadership during transitions, leaves, or staffing gaps
  

• Collaborate closely with administrators, regional leadership, and interdisciplinary teams
  

What You’ll Need:

• Active RN license (OH or multistate compact preferred)
  

• Prior DON experience in skilled nursing or long-term care
  

• Willingness to travel frequently across assigned regions
  

• Strong clinical, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  

• Ability to adapt quickly to different teams and systems
