Job Title Cath Lab Technologist City/State: Bakersfield, California Shift: 10 Hour Days, 07:00:00-17:00:00, EOW, first to float, call required Contract Length: 13 weeks Start Date: 03/22/2026 Job Description: As a Cath Lab Technologist, you will work collaboratively with a team to perform cardiovascular procedures, monitor hemodynamics, and provide conscious sedation assistance. You will be responsible for technical duties within the lab and occasionally may function as a Lead Tech for room assignments. Responsibilities: Perform cases with 2 techs, including one who scrubs and another who monitors hemodynamics. Assist RNs with conscious sedation procedures. Rotate call for inpatient and emergent cases, including one weeknight per week and one weekend per month call requirement. Requirements: Current ARRT, Fluoroscopy, and BLS certifications. Experience with cardiac, coronary, vascular, peripheral, general IR, and neuro intervention methods. Knowledge of STEMI receiving facility operations. Familiarity with conscious and moderate sedation, procedural processes, airway management, and cardiac drips such as Integrilin, dopamine, and vasopressors.
