The Opportunity As Transfer Pricing Director, you will take on a senior leadership position with responsibility for driving the growth and strategic development of the practice. You will advise multinational clients headquartered or operating across Europe, leading complex advisory projects on transfer pricing strategy, planning, documentation, disputes, and policy development.

With New York serving as a hub for many global businesses, you will have the opportunity to work on sophisticated cross-border matters, collaborating closely with senior stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions. Key Responsibilities Advise multinational clients across North America on complex transfer pricing strategies, structures, and compliance matters. Lead large-scale, multi-jurisdictional engagements in collaboration with colleagues globally. Mentor and inspire a high-performing team, fostering technical excellence and continuous career development. Drive business development initiatives, originating new opportunities and strengthening relationships with senior client stakeholders. Provide thought leadership by anticipating regulatory developments and shaping market-leading insights across the region. About You Extensive transfer pricing experience at Director level (or as a strong Senior Manager ready for promotion) gained within a Big 4, global advisory, or top-tier consultancy environment. Deep technical expertise across transfer pricing strategy, planning, disputes, and controversy, with a strong cross-border focus. Demonstrated success in originating business and developing long-term client relationships with multinational organisations. Proven leadership experience in managing, inspiring, and scaling high-performing teams. Strong communication, presence, and credibility with senior stakeholders and tax authorities.
