Restoration Claims / Program Manager Tucson, AZ

$60,000 - $75,000 per year

Benefits include medical, dental and PTO Our client is a restoration company that provides mitigation and rebuild services to properties damaged from water, fire and other disasters. As the Program Manager you will oversee all aspects of TPA (Third Party Administrator) compliance and insurance-related restoration claims. This role is key in keeping projects moving smoothly, ensuring every file is accurate, complete, and aligned with carrier expectations. What You’ll Do: Manage restoration claims assigned through TPA partners (e.g., Alacrity, Sedgwick, Contractor Connection).

Oversee job files from intake through closeout — ensuring they meet service level agreements and documentation requirements.

Coordinate with carriers, adjusters, and TPAs for timely approvals and performance benchmarks.

Review estimates (Xactimate) and project scopes for accuracy and program fit.

Work closely with project managers, estimators, and admin staff to prevent compliance issues.

Monitor audit results, deadlines, and scoring performance.

Help train staff on TPA requirements and documentation best practices.

Provide insights to leadership on program metrics and compliance status. What You Bring: Experience in restoration and insurance claims

Strong grasp of TPA platforms and insurance protocols.

Solid experience with Xactimate and restoration job file standards.

Effective communicator with internal teams and external partners.

Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage deadlines and documentation.

Familiarity with CRM or restoration software like DASH, PSA, or similar.
