We're hiring a Team Manager who thrives on building structure, driving accountability, and making things happen. As the key integrator for the business, you'll turn vision into execution by implementing systems, managing operations, and leading the team with precision.

- Own the team calendar, meetings cadence, and project execution rhythms
- Implement and maintain systems for transactions, listings, operations, and hiring
- Track KPIs, dashboards, agent productivity, and marketing efforts
- Prepare financial reporting, expense tracking, and budget alignment
- Create training SOPs and onboard new agents/staff using CGRA systems
- Lead accountability check-ins and ensure all initiatives align with the 30-60-90
Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years in operations, executive admin, or real estate coordination roles
- Strong communicator (written and verbal), organized, and tech-savvy
- Experience with Google Workspace, CRMs (FollowUpBoss preferred), Sierra, Listings2Leads, and task managers like Asana or Trello
- Fast learner, proactive problem solver, and calm under pressure
- Mindset: Self-led, growth-minded, loyal, and emotionally intelligent
- Motivated by: Order, results, team wins, and building systems that scale
