Essential Functions and Primary Duties Build proactive relationships with clients, serving as a trusted business partner. Expand the business practice by cultivating new clients and increasing service offerings to existing clients, including cross-selling opportunities. Coach staff on business development strategies. Possibly have direct profit responsibility for a specialty practice. Oversee planning, marketing, and business development for a specialized department. Manage team or department to meet budgeted goals. Handle practice billing and ensure timely collection of fees. Participate in administrative tasks related to managing the business unit. Foster a positive team environment and culture. Ensure adherence to quality control standards. Potentially serve as a member of the Senior Operations Management Team. Perform additional responsibilities as assigned. Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, or related field. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree. At least 10 years of experience in public accounting or a related field. Minimum of 10 years supervisory experience. Active CPA or equivalent certification. Ability to manage deadlines, handle multiple assignments, and prioritize tasks. Proficiency with relevant technology. Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all organizational levels. Strong business integrity, client service, and leadership skills. Willingness to travel as needed for client and business requirements. The annual salary target for this role is $300,000-$400,000, with specific compensation determined by education, experience, and skills.
