This is a strategic leadership role where you'll take full ownership of the tax function, build out a team, and help shape firmwide growth. Excellent client base, strong support team, and a highly flexible hybrid schedule post-tax season. Tax Manager/Director Key Responsibilities: • Lead and oversee all aspects of tax operations • Review and sign off on complex returns for high net worth individuals, trusts, corporations, and partnerships • Serve as a hands-on "player-coach" for the tax team • Implement process improvements and ensure timely filings • Provide strategic tax planning and guidance to clients • Collaborate with firm leadership on long-term expansion goals Tax Manager/Director Qualifications: • CPA required • 5+ years of progressive tax experience, ideally from public accounting • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills • Experience managing a diverse client portfolio with complex tax needs
