Key Responsibilities
Expand revenue from existing clients
Develop and execute business and practice growth strategies
Manage practice operations including billing, realization, and staff management
Drive business development efforts and client relationships
Ensure quality control and technical excellence
Possibly work directly with clients and lead staff
Contribute as a Subject Matter Expert and potentially join the Senior Operations Management Team
Foster a positive team environment and support management decisions
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred in Accounting, Taxation, or related field
8+ years in public accounting or related field
6+ years supervisory experience
Active CPA or equivalent certification
Strong communication, leadership, and business integrity skills
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work on multiple assignments
Willingness to travel as needed
Compensation Annual salary target: $160,000 - $300,000, based on experience and skills. Benefits include medical, dental, retirement, insurance, education assistance, and more.
