About the Role

The Company is seeking a Permanent Tax Director to lead and manage all tax-related activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing tax strategies to ensure compliance with local, state, federal, and international tax laws. This role involves providing expert tax advice to senior management, overseeing tax operations, and leading the tax team in the preparation and review of corporate tax returns. The Tax Director will also be expected to monitor and analyze tax legislation, work closely with external auditors and tax consultants, and ensure that the organization's tax strategies align with its business objectives.

Applicants for the Tax Director position at the company must have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, and hold an active CPA license. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a tax leadership role, particularly within the finance industry, is required. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of corporate tax, international tax, and tax planning, as well as a proven track record in preparing and reviewing tax returns. Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and a commitment to ethical practices.
