Key Responsibilities:

* Support sophisticated tax planning efforts for closely held businesses and high-net-worth individuals * Develop deep expertise in the firm’s niche industries and deliver strategic advisory and consulting services * Mentor, supervise, and provide performance feedback to team members * Collaborate with firm leadership to structure and manage a variety of client engagements * Lead client service teams, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction, timely and efficient service delivery, and continuous team development * Analyze and communicate solutions to complex tax matters, applying creativity, thorough research, and a strong understanding of tax regulations and their implications
