We are searching for the best talent for Surgical Region Director. Purpose:

We are looking for a dynamic sales leader that can motivate and lead teams to produce exceptional results within our cardiac surgical sales team. In this position you will manage the sales team for their assigned territory and nurture our culture of trust, honor, and integrity. You must showcase success, developing & executing sales strategies that result in the achievement of sales goals. Duties and Responsibilities: Direct surgical sales activities that result in meeting annual growth objectives.

Set sales targets and forecasts

Identify, hire, retain and develop talent through proactively managing performance

Develop strategies for launching new accounts and growing existing accounts

Establish effective communications with executives and managers across the company to ensure proper sensitivity to the needs of sales.

Lead difficult sales negotiations, especially with larger prospects.

Collaborate with functional departments of the company, specifically but not limited to Operations, Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, Regulatory, and Clinical Affairs

Liaise with Marketing and Professional Education to further develop value added strategies, tools, programs, and services.

Qualifications: 5+ years of experience medical device cardiovascular space

7+ years of management experience of a field commercial team

5+ years of experience within CT surgery/ HF cardiology and have a local, regional, national reference database of physicians

Bachelor's or advanced degree required; MBA Preferred

Proven track record of success in managing a growing sales organization

Ability to gain cooperation of others and lead team members

Ability to negotiate and influence senior level leaders, subject matter experts (SME's) & key opinion leaders (KOL's)

Exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.

Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Working knowledge of SAP desired

Ability to travel up to 80%

Conduct duties and responsibilities in accordance with all state and federal laws and regulations governing the medical device industry required

The Company maintains a highly competitive sales incentive compensation program. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for participation in this program in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. This position is eligible for a company car allowance through the Company's FLEET program. Benefit Information: Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees and/or eligible dependents are eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). This position is eligible to participate in the Company's long-term incentive program. Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits: Vacation -120 hours per calendar year

Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado -48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington -56 hours per calendar year

Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays -13 days per calendar year

Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year

Parental Leave - 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child

Bereavement Leave - 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year

Caregiver Leave - 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period 10 days

Volunteer Leave - 32 hours per calendar year

Military Spouse Time-Off - 80 hours per calendar year
