Key Responsibilities: Lead, recruit, train, and mentor clinical and administrative staff to promote professional growth and clinical excellence Conduct regular performance reviews and support ongoing professional development Oversee the design, implementation, and evaluation of SUD treatment programs to maximize effectiveness Develop and deliver educational curricula for substance use prevention, recovery, and related specialty programs Monitor program outcomes, quality metrics, and performance indicators; implement quality improvement initiatives Ensure compliance with state, federal, and local regulations and maintain accreditation standards Manage budgets, billing, and financial planning for SUD services Build and maintain partnerships with community organizations, housing providers, mental health services, and public agencies Represent the program in professional networks, coalitions, and advisory boards Oversee individualized treatment plans, client progress, and documentation to ensure positive outcomes Prepare reports and maintain dashboards for leadership and regulatory compliance
Qualifications: Certified Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Counselor Minimum five years of experience in human services or community-based programs addressing substance use prevention and recovery, including outpatient program management Knowledge of recovery processes, twelve-step programs, dual diagnosis treatment, and harm reduction approaches Experience in program planning, budget management, and performance tracking Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
