The Director will be responsible for: Facilitate key project meetings to align teams and ensure strategic execution, expanding client relationships and building out the office's Colorado presence. Oversee scheduling and resource coordination to meet critical milestones within residential, commercial, multifamily and hospitality sectors. Lead site evaluations, documenting conditions and verifying compliance with technical standards. Maintain high-level communication with external partners and internal teams. Monitor progress, resolve challenges, and escalate issues when necessary. Ensure organized documentation and data management for operational efficiency. Stay informed on industry developments through professional engagement. Represent the organization at external events and identify visibility opportunities. Support broader organizational goals through flexible leadership and collaboration.
