Position Overview : We seek a dynamic Corporate Development and Strategy Specialist to shape our strategic direction, drive growth, and support M&A activities. The ideal candidate will leverage their investment banking background for analytical insights and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities :
Corporate Strategy :
Develop and articulate the company's long-term strategic vision with senior leadership.
Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and industry trends.
Create strategic roadmaps aligning with corporate goals to enhance shareholder value.
Align strategic initiatives across departments with EPMO collaboration.
Corporate Development :
Maintain relationships with industry stakeholders, investment banks, and partners.
Develop M&A tools, including valuation models and value creation analyses.
Manage transaction processes, negotiations, and integration planning.
Market and Competitive Analysis :
Benchmark operational and valuation metrics against peers.
Analyze market trends to inform strategic decisions.
Prepare reports and presentations for executives and the board.
Cross-Functional Leadership :
Support executive decision-making with Board materials.
Collaborate with finance, product, and sales teams to align strategies.
Facilitate strategic project execution across departments.
Skills and Competencies :
Financial modeling and analysis skills.
Management and presentation skills at the executive level.
Knowledge of strategy frameworks and industry insights.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business Administration with 12+ years of experience, or an advanced degree with 8+ years, or equivalent experience.
Experience in investment banking, corporate development, or strategy consulting within finance or fintech sectors.
Strong financial, analytical, and quantitative skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and think strategically.
