This role offers a unique opportunity to lead enterprise sales efforts in the North Central region, managing and growing a portfolio of strategic accounts. You will work closely with technology partners and internal teams to identify new business and expand existing relationships. This position demands a proactive, consultative sales professional with the ability to navigate complex sales cycles and engage stakeholders at multiple organizational levels. Youll play a key role in shaping the sales strategy and collaborating with product teams to align customer needs with future offerings. The environment is fast-paced, innovative, and focused on data-driven solutions. Accountabilities Build, manage, and close a pipeline of enterprise customers aligned with the product offering. Deepen customer relationships and maximize the impact of solutions within existing accounts. Collaborate with technology partners and ecosystem service providers to extend regional reach. Lead and contribute to initiatives that enhance the sales process and team effectiveness. Partner with product teams to help shape the enterprise roadmap based on customer feedback and market insights. 4+ years of proven success in technology sales with a track record of exceeding targets. Strong ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts in a consultative manner. Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging stakeholders from developers to executives. Highly organized and capable of managing long, multifaceted sales cycles. Comfortable working in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment. Passion for inclusion and community engagement. Experience with SQL or strong willingness to learn. Preferred: Background in analytics, ETL, BI, or open-source software. Familiarity with dbt or similar analytics engineering platforms. Competitive total compensation package including salary, equity, and performance-based pay. Salary range approximately $247,000 to $332,000 depending on location.
