Job Description

POSITION OVERVIEW

Stream Realty Partners is seeking an experienced and driven Director of Strategic Marketing to lead and elevate marketing initiatives for our Stream Florida market. This is a career-defining opportunity to act as the regional marketing leader, partnering with senior leadership and sales professionals to develop strategies that drive measurable business growth, inspire creative excellence, and position Stream as a market leader.

This role demands strategic vision, operational excellence, and an enterprising spirit to deliver marketing programs that differentiate Stream in a highly competitive industry. Operating within a matrixed environment, you will collaborate across local, regional and national experts to align goals, resources, and strategies while spearheading innovative approaches that integrate all facets of marketing and sales enablement tactics into every stage of the sales funnel.

You will report to the East Regional Strategic Marketing Director and the Executive Managing Director for Florida, working alongside cross-functional teams to deliver results-driven marketing strategies.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Leadership

• Develop and execute a market-specific marketing strategy that supports business growth, broker success, and brand consistency.
• Partner with local leadership and sales professionals to translate market objectives into actionable marketing plans.
• Act as the senior marketing lead in your region, guiding campaign direction and prioritization.

Pursuit & Business Development

• Lead pursuit marketing, proposals, and presentations with high-impact messaging, visual storytelling, and client-focused strategy.
• Ensure pursuit materials are customized, compelling, and aligned with Stream’s brand and service values.

Property Marketing & Creative Oversight

• Direct property marketing campaigns across leasing, investment sales, and project marketing.
• Leverage digital platforms, proptech tools, design strategy, and creative content to amplify property visibility and value.

Social Media & PR Strategy

• Build local social media strategies that engage audiences and amplify brand relevance.
• Support PR efforts and media placement to spotlight market achievements, talent, and thought leadership.

Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and develop local marketing team members to build skillsets, drive performance, and ensure alignment.
• Provide direction and coaching that fosters growth, innovation, and accountability.

Operational Excellence

• Oversee project timelines, campaign reporting, and workflow optimization across concurrent initiatives.
• Collaborate with national marketing teams to scale best practices, tool usage, and brand alignment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience developing integrated marketing plans across digital, social, print, and experiential channels.
• Strong pursuit marketing, business development, or sales enablement background.
• High proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, CRM systems, and digital content tools.
• Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
• Team leadership experience and ability to manage multiple stakeholder priorities.
• Familiarity with commercial real estate, property marketing, or professional services strongly preferred.
