Base pay range $110,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive strategic communication plans for clients across various industries, ensuring alignment with their business objectives. Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to understand their needs and deliver exceptional service. Create and oversee the execution of media relations strategies, including crafting compelling pitches, securing media placements, and managing crisis communications. Develop and manage content strategies, including the creation of press releases, articles, blogs, social media posts, and other communication materials. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the industry, and provide insights to clients and internal teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, digital, and creative departments, to ensure cohesive and integrated communication efforts. Monitor and measure the effectiveness of communication strategies, using analytics and metrics to provide regular reports and recommendations for improvement. Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance the agency's communication capabilities. Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to ensure the successful delivery of projects. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus. Minimum of 6 years of experience in strategic communications, public relations, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven experience in developing and executing successful communication strategies for clients in various industries. Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and persuasive content. Strong media relations skills, with a network of media contacts and the ability to secure high-impact media coverage. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of mentoring and developing high-performing teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to use data and metrics to inform decision-making. Proficiency in using communication and media monitoring tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite and project management software. High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
