You'll be the primary point of contact for these enterprise-level clients, understanding their evolving needs and ensuring Hydrolec consistently delivers exceptional value and innovative solutions.
What You'll Do:
As our Strategic Account Director, you'll be responsible for the overall health and growth of Hydrolec's top three strategic accounts. Your key responsibilities will include:
Relationship Management: Cultivate deep, long-term relationships with key stakeholders at all levels within these organizations, from C-suite executives to technical teams.
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive account plans that align with our clients' objectives and Hydrolec's strategic goals, identifying opportunities for expansion and new initiatives.
Revenue Growth: Drive significant revenue growth through proactive engagement, identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities, and negotiating complex contracts.
Solution Development: Collaborate closely with our product, engineering, and service teams to ensure our solutions meet the specific needs and challenges of your assigned accounts.
Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor account performance, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Advocacy: Act as an internal advocate for your clients, ensuring their voices are heard and their needs are prioritized within Hydrolec.
Who You Are:
You are a results-oriented professional with a proven track record of managing and growing large, complex accounts. You're a strategic thinker with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Experience: Minimum of 6+ years of progressive experience in strategic account management, enterprise sales, or business development, preferably within the energy, technology, or industrial sectors.
Relationship Builder: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with senior-level executives.
Strategic Acumen: Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive account strategies that drive significant business results.
Negotiation Skills: Expert-level negotiation and influencing skills with a history of closing large-scale deals.
Problem Solver: Highly analytical and adept at identifying client needs, pain points, and translating them into effective solutions.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
Collaboration: A team player who can effectively collaborate with cross-functional internal teams.
