The Role We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Director to launch, lead, and grow our flagship boutique. This individual will be the face of MICHAEL M in Beverly Hills, responsible for driving sales performance, cultivating a loyal client base, managing daily operations, and upholding the brand’s luxury standards. The ideal candidate has proven success in retail management, with a strong network of clients in the Beverly Hills area, a passion for fine jewelry, and the ability to inspire and lead a sales team.
Key Responsibilities Lead all aspects of store operations, including sales, client development, team leadership, and inventory management. Drive revenue growth by setting and achieving ambitious sales targets. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients through clienteling and personalized service. Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team, instilling MICHAEL M values and standards. Ensure flawless execution of visual merchandising and in-store presentation in line with brand identity. Oversee P&L responsibility, ensuring operational efficiency and profitability. Partner with headquarters on marketing, events, and strategic initiatives to grow brand visibility in Beverly Hills.
Qualifications Minimum 5+ years of retail leadership experience in fine jewelry, watches, or luxury goods. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving store profitability. Established book of business with clients in the Beverly Hills area. Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, inspire, and manage a team. Refined interpersonal and communication skills; polished presentation. Deep understanding of clienteling, relationship management, and brand representation.
Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $80,000 annually. Commission: Uncapped earning potential based on store sales. Projected Total Compensation: $110,000 – $175,000 annually (base + commission)
