About the Role Bobbles & Lace Salt Lake City, a women's fashion boutique and styling studio, is looking for full-time (35+ hours/week) Store Director to drive sales and provide top notch styling experiences to our wonderful clients. Candidates should be extroverted/outgoing and ideally have a sales background (of any type!). Retail experience is not required, but a strong interest and knowledge of fashion/style is. Responsibilities Drive sales, hit revenue goals Provide top notch styling experiences Manage visual merchandising Manage Inventory Help build and train staff Qualifications Sales background (of any type!) Strong interest and knowledge of fashion/style Required Skills Extroverted/outgoing personality Competent w/ retail math Computer/POS skills Sales Preferred Skills Retail experience (not required) Pay range and compensation package Full-time (35+ hours/week). $52-65k depending on experience.
