Position Summary The Sr. Sales Director expands and renews business across an assigned portfolio of larger accounts, maintaining overall relationship health.
Primary Accountabilities
Influence
Manage a portfolio of accounts; participate in client strategy and execute account plans.
Work closely with Client Strategy and Client Services teams to meet client needs.
Drive pipeline growth with C‑suite decision makers and grow profitable revenue.
Lead contract negotiations, renewals and ensure timely results to support incremental revenue.
Collaborate with client on product and service extensions that deliver incremental value.
Manage internal cross‑functional relationships and communications for maximum productivity.
Mentor less experienced sellers and assist management with growing sales skills.
Strategic
Provide new product/service ideas based on client needs; act as information source about Inmar solutions.
Understand client strategic goals and develop sales strategies aligned with client needs.
Build and maintain internal networks, garner support and get buy‑in.
Develop deep knowledge of assigned clients/prospects.
Administrative
Maintain detailed, accurate records in Salesforce.com covering all account activity.
Proactively manage internal communications within and outside the Sales team.
Additional Responsibilities
Perform other duties as assigned.
Comply with all policies and standards.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
8+ years of related experience, including account management; or equivalent combination.
Sales experience with financial services, healthcare, logistics or e‑commerce.
Experience with CPG manufacturers or retailers.
Demonstrated experience expanding relationships in highly competitive environment; ability to sell across products and solutions; negotiate contracts; produce strong profit margins.
Experience with Miller Heiman sales methodology and consultative sales approach.
Good decision making; knowing when to leverage resources to move deals past obstacles.
Proficient with Salesforce.com.
Proficient with Google Suite and Microsoft Suite for professional business correspondence, proposals and reports.

Compensation The hiring range for this position is $134,291.25 - $223,818.75 USD annual.
