Responsibilities Collaborate with executive leaders across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align financial strategies with Sandisk’s global consumer objectives.
Shape sustainable growth by developing innovative financial strategies that support Sandisk’s leadership in flash storage solutions.
Lead the development of long-term strategic plans, annual budgets, and rolling forecasts to drive Sandisk’s consumer business growth.
Build advanced analytical tools and frameworks (e.g., ERP systems like SAP or Oracle, or BI tools like Tableau) to guide data-driven decisions.
Drive continuous process improvements through automation and simplification, enhancing scalability across Sandisk’s global consumer finance operations.
Oversee the Global Consumer Finance function, ensuring efficiency and alignment with Sandisk’s innovation-driven goals.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and inclusion.
Qualifications Significant experience (10+ years) in a publicly held finance organization, with a proven track record of driving profitability and delivering results, ideally in the technology, consumer electronics, or semiconductor sector.
Expertise in process improvement, with hands-on experience implementing financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and leading transformative change initiatives.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for SanDisk’s executive leadership.
Strong leadership presence, with a track record of mentoring diverse, high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
Highly analytical and metrics-driven, with proficiency in modern financial tools (e.g., BI platforms, data visualization, or predictive analytics).
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving results in a high-growth, innovation-focused technology environment.
MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred; equivalent experience in finance leadership considered.
