THE ROLE: The Senior Director, Worldwide Brand Marketing will own and activate critical aspects of the Herbalife global brand. This includes global brand positioning, pillars, creative, content, and social strategy. This is a high-profile role within the corporate and global organization. The Senior Director will guide, collaborate with, and align with key senior stakeholders across the organization and regions. They will work cross-functionally with Worldwide Product Marketing, Creative Services, Corporate Communications, Worldwide Sales, and others to craft and implement a change agenda, building Herbalife into a global lifestyle and wellness brand. The Senior Director will engage and lead world-class partners to deliver outstanding brand assets aligned with our purpose, admired by Distributors, Customers, Stakeholders, and the public. They will serve as a global brand ambassador, ensuring flawless execution and owning brand governance. HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE: Work directly with the CMO to define, refine, and implement a global strategic brand position leveraging our Distributor difference to create a global health & wellness lifestyle brand. Own and activate supporting brand pillars and stories (e.g., Distributor difference, Quality & Science, Customer Goals, Wellness Philosophy, Sustainability). Identify and lead strategic, creative, and internal partners to define/refine brand and creative strategy, including look & feel, design aesthetics, and global expression. Adapt creative architecture for various audiences and messages. Lead global rollout, adaptation, and governance of new brand strategies, ensuring understanding and practical application across all levels. Develop global brand training and workshops to drive compliance and knowledge. Connect Herbalife’s business model and go-to-market strategy with brand and creative efforts. Work with Sales & Events teams to incorporate the brand platform into meetings, events, and recognitions. Translate strategic plans into actionable programs and projects. Develop a comprehensive content plan aligning with business goals, delivering consistent brand content across channels. Lead corporate social strategy to build brand equity. Influence Product Marketing, Innovation, Communications, Digital, and other functions to integrate brand strategy. Collaborate with Worldwide and Regional teams to support brand and creative initiatives. Act as a brand ambassador, engaging with senior management, Distributors, and ground-level stakeholders. Ensure communication of best practices and performance indicators to drive decisions. Perform additional duties as assigned. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage Directors and Senior Managers as direct reports. Qualifications Skills and Background Required: 12+ years of global brand management experience in a CPG company or agency, preferably in lifestyle, health, wellness, beauty, or food branding. Experience leading global brand & creative strategies across regions. Proven ability to develop and execute brand positioning, insights, and creative platforms. Experience working in matrixed organizations and influencing senior management. Leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams and agencies. Track record in building global brand change agendas. Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field. Cross-functional collaboration experience. Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and leadership skills. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and cultural sensitivity.
