ASC 740 for US GAAP and IAS 12 for IFRS)* Ensure the accurate and timely preparation and filing of all federal, state, local, and international tax returns. (E.g. corporate income tax, VAT, Transfer Pricing)* Manage and maintain the company’s tax governance and risk management framework.* Represent the company during tax audits and inquiries from tax authorities.* Manage and negotiate with tax authorities and external advisors to resolve tax controversies.* Monitor legislative and regulatory tax law developments. Communicate the relevant updates and their implications to senior management.* Develop and execute global cash management and liquidity strategies to optimize working capital and minimize cost of capital* Oversee global banking relationships, cash pooling, FX risk, and debt management* Lead, mentor, and coach the tax and treasury departments, fostering a collaborative and high-performing teams* Collaborate with Accounting, FP&A Legal, and local finance teams to support cross-functional initiatives*The duties and responsibilities described are not a comprehensive list of all tasks.
