What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate goals - Direct sales forecasting activities and set performance goals for the team - Manage the sales pipeline in CRM and present plans to sales leadership - Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and performance evaluations for the sales team - Travel with staff to meet clients and provide feedback on sales performance
What is Required (Qualifications): - Bachelor’s degree or higher required - 10+ years of experience in identifying and closing new business sales opportunities in healthcare - Proven track record of exceeding sales goals in a management capacity for at least 2 consecutive years - Sales management experience in a healthcare technology company - Strong communication and presentation skills with a strategic mindset
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce - Knowledge of online demonstration tools like MS Teams - Ability to lead in a dynamic team-selling environment - Demonstrated servant leadership traits to support and motivate a team - Enthusiasm and initiative in a fast-paced work environment
