ABOUT THE JOB: Reporting directly to the VP of Product, the Sr Director of Product Management, Growth will be accountable for driving four key growth levers: increasing provider and partner collaborations, expanding the number of businesses offering Tapcheck’s services, boosting employee access to financial wellness services, and enhancing employee enrollment, engagement, and retention through product and marketing innovations.
This role involves overseeing the Product Strategy and Delivery for all end-user product domains, including Consumer Apps, MarkTech platform, Experimentation Platform, and ML/AI platforms. The ideal candidate should have proven leadership, research, modeling, entrepreneurship, and mentoring skills. They should excel in storytelling and inspiring a cross-functional growth organization in a fast-paced environment.
The role leads the Growth product group across four pillars:
Partnership Growth: Collaborate with payroll, timeclock, and other service partners to scale earned wage access services.
Enterprise Growth: Support multi-entity activation and engagement in the enterprise sector, focusing on quality and speed.
SMB and Mid-Market Growth: Enable no-touch sales, one-click activation, and PLG engagement for SMBs and mid-market clients.
New Product Growth: Expand offerings with new products like Payment Instruments, Personal Loans, and Financial Education Tools.
This role offers remote and hybrid options, with in-office requirements for those within 30 miles of Plano, TX.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Define and execute a comprehensive B2B2C product growth strategy.
Drive revenue by optimizing registration, transfer growth, and B2B growth initiatives.
Use data analytics to identify opportunities, track metrics, and optimize efforts.
Conduct market research to inform growth strategies.
Build and lead a high-performing growth team.
Coordinate with product, engineering, marketing, and sales teams.
Enhance user acquisition, engagement, retention, and loyalty strategies.
Design and oversee A/B tests and experiments for continuous improvement.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
15+ years in product management, with 5+ in senior leadership in fintech or tech, managing teams of 5 or more.
Experience with growth loops and data-driven revenue initiatives.
Proven revenue growth for sizable product lines.
Understanding of growth models, loops, and strategies.
Strong analytical skills, SQL knowledge, and experience with performance tools.
Deep experimentation experience.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience scaling growth teams in fast-paced environments.
Bachelor’s degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
