Qualys, a leader in cyber risk management with 25+ years of history of innovations, leveraged by 70%+ global fortune 1000 and small & medium enterprises for cyber security and risk management, is seeking a leader in product management for Partner, MSSP strategies with 360-degree ownership of product management to drive product innovations, engineering roadmap definitions, go-to-market (GTM) strategies, with business outcomes of product ASV, growth, adoption.

Business Ownership and Responsibilities

  • Be the Business Owner of product and constantly think about how to grow the revenue, for every product launch being prioritized and shipped, think about monetization.
  • Do the regular business analysis of the product's revenue with the product management leadership and understand and report on various metrics such as product cross-sell, up-sell, expansion, renewal and come up with business plan to improve on each of the metric in terms of sales enablement, better product adoption, externalization, messaging and present to leadership team.
  • Pipeline and Lead Generation - come up with campaign ideas to generate the leads for the business and execute the plan to convert pipeline to close won.
  • Pricing and Packaging evaluate various monetization options including freemium, premium and packaging with other Qualys products etc. to drive the customer adoption and revenue growth

Role Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Sr. Director, Product Management to lead the product strategy for our Managed Security Services Provider (MSSP) Portal and Managed Risk Operations Center (ROC) Portal. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving platform growth, enabling partner success, and unlocking scalable revenue opportunities.

The ideal candidate is a product leader who can translate deep customer and market insight into actionable strategies across GTM, engineering, and customer successwhile empowering MSSPs and service partners to grow their portfolios through our platform. Product Management leader for Managed Security Services Provider and Managed Risk Operations Center (ROC) portal and product capabilities is responsible for translating our product vision into a cohesive, market-ready execution plan. You will lead our go-to-market motion, align stakeholders across product, marketing, sales, and customer success, and ensure consistent and impactful delivery to market. Your expertise will help partners see the value in our platformquickly and clearly.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership & Vision

  • Define and own the multi-year product strategy for MSSP and MROC portals, aligned with business growth targets.
  • Position the platform as a revenue enabler for MSSPs by productizing managed services and embedding upsell/cross-sell pathways.
  • Drive product innovation around risk automation, compliance workflows, threat triage, and multi-tenant orchestration.

2. Revenue & Growth Enablement

  • Build monetization strategies including modular offerings, premium analytics, API access, and compliance modules.
  • Identify new revenue opportunities through embedded services, add-ons, and marketplace integrations.
  • Develop GTM product bundles to drive Risk-as-a-Service offerings through MSSP partners.

3. Partner-Driven Ecosystem Design

  • Create scalable, multi-tenant product architecture optimized for MSSPs and partners to manage multiple end-clients.
  • Deliver white-label, co-branded portal experiences and enable partners to offer differentiated services.
  • Build tooling for partner analytics, QBRs, and upsell recommendations driven by usage telemetry and risk scoring.

4. GTM & Cross-Functional Enablement

  • Work closely with sales and marketing to develop product messaging, positioning, and sales enablement assets.
  • Drive the roadmap for product-led growth, including trials, risk previews, and use-case-based selling.
  • Equip sales and partners with in-product prompts and value realization frameworks to drive expansion.

5. Execution & Product Operations

  • Lead product management across multiple squads; coach and mentor PMs to execute with clarity and impact.
  • Own roadmap prioritization, feature delivery timelines, and customer validation processes.
  • Partner with engineering and design to ship high-quality, scalable, and secure features.

Key Outcomes Expected

  • Launch scalable onboarding and tenant management for MSSPs and MROCs, enabling customer acquisition velocity through partners.
  • Drive 23 new monetization models including but not limited to pricing strategies.
  • Establish embedded upsell and cross-sell capabilities used by MSSPs to expand their ARR with end-clients within first 1218 months.
  • Build and scale a partner analytics and QBR toolkit to increase renewal and expansion rates.
  • Ensure product-led growth initiatives are tied to measurable KPIs (e.g., trial conversion, expansion MRR).

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, or Go-to-Market roles within cybersecurity, SaaS, or risk management.
  • Deep understanding of the partner ecosystem and MSSP based managed security ecosystem, including product marketing, product management and GTM through partners.
  • Advanced knowledge of how partners add value to customers and partner driven service and selling motion in the areas of cyber risk management, Continuous Threat and Exposure Management, risk quantification, vulnerability, asset, remediation management.
  • Proven experience launching enterprise products and driving market adoption.
  • Strong strategic thinking, storytelling, and executive communication skills for externalizing product for partners to show benefits for partners.
  • Comfort working in high-growth, dynamic startup, sometimes high pressure, ad-hoc or scale-up environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related field; MBA or cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) a plus.

Annual Salary Guidelines: $220,000 - $250,000
