We are seeking a Senior Director of Procurement who thrives at the intersection of business strategy, commercial insight, and operational speed. Responsibilities: Drive commercial impact: Lead procurement as a strategic business lever, unlocking value through negotiations, partnerships, and category strategies that directly enable growth. Partner cross-functionally: Collaborate closely with Finance, Operations, and functional leaders to align procurement decisions with company priorities, revenue goals, and innovation agendas. Qualifications: A seasoned procurement leader with strong business and financial acumen, who thinks like an operator, not just a process owner. 12+ years of progressive procurement experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within a high-growth SaaS or technology company. Proven ability to deliver measurable commercial results in dynamic, high-growth environments. Experience influencing executive stakeholders and guiding procurement strategies that support broader business goals. A track record of balancing speed, agility, and compliance—without falling into red tape. Strategic negotiation expertise with the ability to forge win–win vendor partnerships. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire confidence and deliver results under pressure. Demonstrated team development capabilities across global teams and time zones. Familiarity with tools ZIP and NetSuite is weighted heavily.
